In our ever more litigous society, you knew this one was coming. Austrian and German lawyers are preparing a lawsuit against the country of Thailand, French hotel chain Accor, and NOAA saying that these groups did not react adequately to the Tsunami disaster in December. The lawyers say that the suit is not designed to demand compensation, just to uncover evidence of negligence. Uh-huh. We'll see about that....
