TD 12

Looks like Tropical Depression #12 just formed this afternoon over the Southern Bahamas. With the warm water in the Bahamas, it looks like this baby will strengthen into at least a tropical storm in the next day or so. While it shouldn't be as bad as Frances or Jeanne, we are definitely going to get some heavy rain and wind by the end of the week.
