Back to Reality

Well, the Dolphins have fallen back to reality this week after getting their asses handed to them by the Jets 17-7. They looked a lot more like the 4-12 team from last year today. Pimpbling and I were pleaseantly surprised to have the company of Gunther for the game. He was a little more fortunate today as his Browns beat Green Bay.

It looks like Rita is now up to 50mph winds and the National Weather Service expects a Category One by tomorrow night. The current track is pointing to the Keys, but any small shift north and we are in the path. Phillipe could turn west and I wouldn't be surprised to see Tropical Storm Stan form later this week right on the heels of Phillipe. Welcome to the peak of hurricane season in South Florida.

Well, had a good time w/ you both today, unfortunately that was marred by the Dolphins lack of football knowledge... as many Sunday's of my past have been!!

I guess I should learn better than to run my mouth at the local Jets fan in the office, I will be eating a large plate of crow tomorrow morning...or afternoon, depending on my Arrival time!!

Well congrats to Gunther this weekend!! Maybe next week will be better!
Apparently it was a bad weekend for current as well as past dolphins...check out this link...apparently Hall of Famer Larry Czonka took a dip in the Alaskan Sea, and needed a little help getting out...http://www.palmbeachpost.com/dolphins/content/news/video/0912resc.html

Yesss. Congrats to me!!! As the Cleveland Crennel's managed to whip up on the Hapless Pack attack. I remember the glory days when the "Battle of the Bays" meant battle for worst teams in the NFL. Coach Forrest Gregg vs Coach John McKay sitting in his folding chair along the Tampa Bay sidelines.

Those were the days I wanted to hold yer hand.
