Last one on Katrina

In an effort to "move on", this will be my last post mentioning Katrina. The whole "blame game" going on in the media really upsets me and has gotten under my skin the last week. There is a time and a place for analysis and accountability. I just don't believe two weeks after one of the largest disasters in US history is that time.

A few weeks or months from now, Congress will spend lots of taxpayer dollars in the hunt to throw around blame. Our culture always wants instant gratification, we want answers today. We want someone to blame, we want a scapegoat. In this case, there is only one clear-cut "bad guy" out there and she isn't around anymore. Her name is Katrina.
