What's happened to radio advertisements recently? I have noticed quite a few rather crude radio spots in the last six months, mostly having to do with sexual problems. The one I heard today on the way home from work was about Premature Ejaculation. I could understand the Viagra ads. Those ads were always fairly vague...you knew what they were about, but they weren't necessarily in your face about it. This new generation of ads has completely removed any hints of subtlety and class. I just can't imagine having to explain to your 5 year-old what Premature Ejaculation is. I am looking for some feedback on the following two questions. If you are reading this, please let me know your opinion:
1) Am I right here or am I being a little too anal about this?
2) Do these ads run anywhere outside of South Florida or are they isolated to our little corner of the country?
As usual, all opinions are respected and welcomed.

Heh. You said "anal."
MT.Net
any time you start a blog post with:
"EJACULATION"
and in the end you use:
"ANAL"
I think you're just making the problem worse.
Now, aside from being a smartass, it's a shame that you can't listen to some radio stations with your young children due to that type of advertising. Not that it's wrong or illegal but who wants to have that conversation with your 5,6,7,9 your old son...
"Sonny Jim, it just means that you need to practice safe sex and use a rubber because then you won't feel anything, anyway. Got it?"
"But I'm confused dad?"
"Good. Keep it that way."
